1. General Provisions

1.1 The ASP Club gift certificate gives the right to book hotel accommodation within the certificate’s nominal value or to receive the services specified in it.

1.2 Purchasing the certificate means that the Buyer and the Certificate Holder agree to these Rules.

2. Booking Procedure

2.1 Accommodation using the certificate is available only with prior booking.

2.2 If there is no confirmed booking, the hotel does not guarantee the availability of a vacant room.

3. Restrictions and Blackout Dates (Special Dates)

3.1 Important: the certificate provides the opportunity to stay during periods of standard hotel occupancy.

3.2 Restriction for mass events: the certificate is not valid during periods when events are held on the territory of ASP Club, including festivals, concerts, tournaments, and other events.

3.3 On the specified dates, booking with the certificate is not possible or may be made with an additional payment up to the current open-sale rate, at the discretion of the administration.

3.4 We recommend checking the current list of excluded dates with the administrator when planning your trip.

4. Validity Period and Refunds

4.1 The certificate is valid for 6 (six) months from the date of purchase.

4.2 After this period expires, the certificate is canceled and funds are not refunded.

4.3 The certificate cannot be exchanged for cash.

4.4 If the cost of the selected room exceeds the nominal value of the certificate, the Certificate Holder may make an additional payment.

4.5 If the cost of the selected room is lower than the nominal value of the certificate, the remaining amount is not refunded.
