1. General Provisions
1.1 These Rules are mandatory for all persons located on the territory of ASP Club.
1.2 Purchasing a ticket or entering the territory means full and unconditional agreement with these Rules.
1.3 The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program and schedule without prior notice.
1.4 Attendance at the event is permitted for persons who have reached the age of 18, or another age according to the event format. The Organizer has the right to request the original identity document.
2. Admission Procedure and Age Restrictions
2.1 Entry is carried out strictly through the ticket offices. Each visitor must undergo an inspection procedure, including bag checks and the use of a metal detector.
2.2 The Organizer has the right to refuse admission, without refunding the ticket price, to persons in a state of severe alcohol or drug intoxication, as well as to persons behaving aggressively.
2.3 Persons under the age of 18 are allowed onto the event territory exclusively when accompanied by their parents or legal representatives.
2.4 The accompanying person must have the original identity document and a document confirming kinship or authority, such as the child’s birth certificate.
2.5 In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, minors are strictly prohibited from being on the territory of an entertainment venue at night, after 22:00, without being accompanied by legal representatives.
2.6 Parents or legal representatives bear full personal, material, and administrative responsibility for the safety, health, and actions of minors throughout the entire time of their stay at ASP Club.
2.7 The Organizer is not responsible for injuries or accidents involving children caused by the lack of proper supervision by parents, especially near the coastal area.
3. Identification System (Wristbands)
3.1 The main document granting the right to be on the territory and in specific event zones is a special control wristband.
3.2 The wristband is placed on the visitor’s wrist by a control service employee upon first entry. Putting on the wristband independently is not allowed.
3.3 The visitor must keep and wear the wristband on the wrist during the entire time spent at the event, including all days if provided by the ticket.
3.4 The absence of a wristband on the hand is grounds for removing the visitor from the territory without compensation for the ticket price.
3.5 A color identification system for access levels is used at the event. The visitor has the right to be only in those zones that correspond to the category of their wristband.
3.6 Security staff have the right to check for the presence of a wristband when entering any of the zones.
3.7 Transferring the wristband to another person, attempting to reattach it, or modifying it is prohibited.
3.8 Any wristband with signs of opening, re-gluing, or mechanical damage is considered invalid.
3.9 In the event of accidental damage to the wristband, the visitor must immediately contact the administrator at the ticket office for replacement.
3.10 Replacement is carried out only upon presentation of the damaged wristband and the ticket.
3.11 A lost wristband is not restored. To continue staying at the event, the visitor will need to purchase a new ticket, if available for sale.
4. Responsibility and Risks
4.1 The visitor understands and accepts all risks associated with attending a mass event, including the risk of injury, illness, or damage to property.
4.2 The Organizer and the venue administration are not responsible for the safety of personal belongings left unattended or in vehicles in the parking lot.
4.3 The Organizer is not responsible for the health condition of visitors or for possible accidents that occurred due to the fault of the visitors themselves or due to their failure to comply with safety rules.
4.4 The Organizer is not responsible for any negative consequences caused by consuming drinks or food brought by visitors.
4.5 The Organizer is not responsible for the operation and quality of the transfer service, since the service is provided by a third-party organization.
4.6 The visitor confirms that they have no medical contraindications to attending events with high noise levels, lighting effects, including strobe lights, and large crowds of people.
4.7 The visitor is independently responsible for observing water safety when staying near water or in the water. Swimming may be restricted or prohibited.
4.8 In the event of feeling unwell, the visitor must immediately contact the medical service at the venue.
5. Order and Prohibitions
5.1 Public order: any forms of aggression, obscene language, actions that humiliate the dignity of other people, as well as actions that interfere with the work of staff, are prohibited.
5.2 Agitation and advertising: any political or religious agitation, rallies, pickets, unauthorized advertising campaigns, distribution of leaflets, and trade are strictly prohibited.
5.3 Prohibited items: weapons of any type, special self-defense devices, piercing and cutting objects.
5.4 Pyrotechnics, fire-hazardous and flammable substances.
5.5 Narcotic and psychotropic substances and means for their use.
5.6 Any liquids, including perfume in glass containers, water, alcohol, and food products.
5.7 Professional filming equipment and drones without accreditation.
5.8 Flags, banners, placards, leaflets and other advertising and agitation materials, symbols and attributes.
5.9 Animals, except guide dogs with documents.
5.10 The visitor gives consent to the use of their image, photos and videos, in reporting and advertising materials.
5.11 Being in areas closed to visitors is prohibited.
5.12 Climbing on structures, fences, stages, lighting and sound equipment is prohibited.
5.13 The use of laser pointers, powerful flashlights and other devices capable of interfering with artists or other visitors is prohibited.
5.14 Swimming in a state of severe alcohol or other intoxication is prohibited.
5.15 The visitor must maintain distance and follow staff instructions in high-risk areas.
5.16 Bringing bulky items is prohibited.
6. Maintaining Cleanliness
6.1 Visitors must maintain cleanliness and dispose of garbage exclusively in specially designated containers and bins.
6.2 Throwing cigarette butts on the ground, sand, or into the water is prohibited.
6.3 Smoking is allowed only in specially designated areas.
6.4 Polluting the territory with any types of waste is prohibited.
7. Sanctions
7.1 Violation of any clause of these Rules is grounds for removing the visitor from the territory without compensation for the ticket price.
7.2 In the event of damage to ASP Club property, the visitor must compensate for the damage.
7.3 For polluting the territory or violating fire safety rules, the administration has the right to collect compensation.
7.4 In the event of creating a security threat, the visitor is removed with possible transfer to law enforcement agencies.
7.5 In the event of unlawful actions, information is transferred to law enforcement officers.
7.6 If attempts to bypass the rules are identified, the Organizer has the right to cancel the ticket without compensation.
