By purchasing this voucher, you agree to the following terms: The transfer departs strictly according to schedule and will not wait for late passengers. Departure point in Almaty: Parking lot at 100 Baitursynov Street (between Abay and Satpayev Streets). Departure from Almaty: 2:00 PM. Departure point at ASP Arena: Parking area in front of the main entrance. Departure to Almaty: 12:00 AM (midnight). The transfer voucher is valid for round-trip travel and may be used on the same day only. The voucher is non-refundable.

Camping Voucher for Two (Does Not Include Festival Admission)

The voucher is valid only with valid Family Rock Fest admission tickets and must be purchased in advance. The camping voucher includes: Accommodation in the campsite for two people (2 wristbands included); Stay from August 27 (Thursday), 10:00 AM to August 31 (Monday), 10:00 AM; A 2-person tent (200 × 200 cm), which you can take home after the festival; One designated camping spot (assigned by the campsite administration); One parking space for a single vehicle; 2 liters of complimentary drinking water per tent, per day. Attention! Camping vouchers are non-refundable. 2026 Bonus! When you purchase a camping voucher for two, you also receive: Admission to the Splin concert on August 27; A standard camping tent as a complimentary gift.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A camping voucher must be purchased regardless of whether you bring your own tent. Guests staying alone must purchase one voucher, which is priced as a voucher for two. The voucher includes a 2-person tent. Sleeping mats and sleeping bags are not provided. One voucher provides a maximum of 2 wristbands. Children over 7 years old must have a full camping space (the same as an adult) to access the campsite. Check-in is available 24/7 from 10:00 AM on August 27. Camping spots are assigned by the campsite administration on a first-come, first-served basis. You may use your own tent with approval from the campsite administrator. Additional charges may apply for oversized tents or extra camping spaces. If your own tent exceeds 250 × 250 cm or accommodates more people than permitted, additional camping spaces and corresponding vouchers are required. Setting up personal tents outside the designated campsite is permitted only during daylight hours. Overnight stays outside the campsite, including sleeping in vehicles, are prohibited. Minors must remain under the supervision of their parents or legal guardians at all times. Parents or legal guardians are fully responsible for the safety and conduct of their children in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The campsite administration reserves the right to amend these rules and conditions whenever necessary.

The following are prohibited on the festival grounds:

Driving or moving around the festival grounds by car; Bringing your own alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, psychotropic substances, or similar prohibited substances; Bringing any substances, tablets, powders, mixtures, or preparations of any kind; Prescription medications are permitted only if accompanied by a valid doctor's prescription; Bringing perishable food, cooking, grilling, boiling, or otherwise preparing food; Bringing beverages in glass bottles, glass cups, any glass containers, or metal cans into the campsite; Bringing any drinks, food, or snacks into the Main Stage or Grandstand areas (except baby food for children under 4 years old); Lighting fires, using fireworks, or violating fire safety regulations; Bringing or using any type of weapon, including bladed weapons, firearms, gas weapons, pneumatic weapons, or any items that may be used as weapons (including pepper spray, stun guns, baseball bats, etc.); Bringing any sharp, cutting, piercing, throwing, or breakable objects (including glass containers), toxic or flammable substances, pyrotechnics, paints, or chemicals; Littering or leaving any waste behind; Creating conflicts or disturbing the comfort and rest of other campsite guests; Bringing pets or other animals; Swimming during nighttime hours; Violating quiet hours by making noise or disturbing other guests from 1:00 AM until 8:00 AM.

Violation of these prohibitions, rules, or campsite conditions may result in the offender being removed from the campsite by the administration without any refund of the purchased voucher or ticket. The full list of campsite rules will be established by the campsite administration on-site and communicated in both written and verbal form. By purchasing a camping voucher, the guest agrees to comply with all internal rules and regulations established by the campsite administration.
